This Privacy Policy explains how the SteadyPulse iOS app ("SteadyPulse", "we", "us", or "our") handles information. SteadyPulse is published by Rubber Rhino. We have intentionally built SteadyPulse to collect as little information as possible.
SteadyPulse does not ask you to create an account and does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone, camera, photos, or any health or fitness sensors. The heartbeat sounds in the app are pre-recorded audio files; the app does not listen to, sense, or measure your actual heartbeat.
SteadyPulse offers a single one-time in-app purchase (a "lifetime unlock") that removes the free-trial limit. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to validate and manage purchase entitlements.
When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat and Apple process a randomly generated, anonymous identifier together with purchase and transaction details (for example, the product purchased and whether it is active). This information is used solely to deliver and restore the feature you bought. It is not linked to your name or identity by us, and it is not used to track you. We do not receive your Apple ID, payment card, or billing information.
Your preferences — such as your selected beats-per-minute and the Heart Rate Variability toggle — are stored only on your device. They are not transmitted to us.
SteadyPulse is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
SteadyPulse plays audio without an internet connection. Network access is used only for the standard App Store and RevenueCat purchase-and-restore process described above.
SteadyPulse is designed for relaxation, focus, and sound. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, monitor, treat, or prevent any condition.
If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
