Transparency first

Written permission is required before any artwork is displayed.

Scope: product photography and promotional screenshots for Apple App Store and Google Play listings, Cadance-owned web properties, and press kits.

Regions: we do not define distribution regions; please indicate any regional restrictions you require in your permission letter and we will comply.

No resale, no licensing of the artwork to third parties, and no use within the in-app player UI without separate permission.

Revocation: permissions can be revoked; we will remove affected assets promptly.

How it works

  1. Email us the titles and artists you want featured, with full contact details.
  2. We send a short permission letter specifying scope and term; you may indicate any regional restrictions.
  3. You approve by return email; we store the record.
  4. Send preferred source artwork and credit guidelines.
  5. Optional: Share a zip of the album (WAV/AIFF/MP3) so we can stage screenshots on development devices.
