Link the music to the instruction
Add a Cadance track link beside the phrase, exercise, or routine it supports. When you return to the note, the music is already connected to the reason you chose it.
Share the plan, preserve the context
Notes and their music links can be read, shared, and sampled by everyone. Sustained playback continues to follow the relevant access and music-source rules.
Keep the room moving
When it is time to work, open the linked track and use Focus Player with Patron access, an active Day Pass, or a Perfect Practice Pass.
