How the tiers work

Cadance is free to download and includes a Free (fully BarreNotes compatible) tier. Paid tiers unlock advanced tools designed for professional teaching — including Apple Music features on supported plans.

Bring your own music

Cadance isn’t bundled with music and doesn’t sell music. Use the music in your device library, import local files (Spark+), and use Apple Music subscription features on supported tiers.

Business expense note

For many teachers, subscriptions like this may be a deductible business expense depending on your country and circumstances.

This is not tax advice. If in doubt, check with your accountant or tax professional.
